James A. Moore is a Senior Vice President and Director of International Urban Planning & Community Design with HDR, a global architecture, engineering, planning and consulting company. His work focuses on urban redevelopment and the creation of mixed-use sustainable districts, neighborhoods and communities. A ULI member for over twenty years, he has been involved with the leadership of the Tampa Bay District Council since its formation. Nationally, he has served multiple terms on the Public Private Partnership Council and is currently the chair-elect of the Inner City Council.
