Florida ROI Commercial Property Brokerage, a company based in Tampa, Florida, is a leading provider of commercial real estate services in the Tampa Bay Area. The agency was established in 2008. While the firm’s roots are in retail and restaurant investment sales and leasing, the team has expanded to include highly experienced professionals with expertise in the industrial, land development, and office markets. The breadth of our local market knowledge is the bedrock of our business. ADMINISTRATION
Eric W Odum
Holding a BSBA in Finance from University of Florida and a Master of International Business (MIBS) from University of South Carolina, Eric W. Odum, a Sarasota native, serves as the Managing Broker for Florida ROI Commercial Property Brokerage. Eric began his commercial real estate career in banking as a lender for First Florida Bank, in Tampa. He focuses on acquisition and management of retail and office properties, but has experience across the major asset sectors.
His experience in development ranges across numerous retail projects, including freestanding Starbucks locations and retail strip centers around the State and country. He enjoys giving back to his community, as he served as the Founding President of the Gasparilla International Film Festival and has participated on other artistic boards, such as the Gasparilla Music Festival. Additionally, he served on the board of the Downtown Tampa CRA, a position appointed by Tampa City Council. He currently co-hosts the Invest Florida Real Estate Show, www.investfloridashow.com . Eric is conversant in both Spanish and Portuguese, allowing him to form lasting relationships with diverse clientele. He has been a licensed commercial realtor since 2008 and is active in the Florida GulfCoast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR)
Jill Coulter
Jill holds a Business degree with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University at Sacramento. Jill oversees the marketing for Florida ROI as well as heading up property management services. Jill comes to Florida ROI will an extension background in marketing, accounting and organizing. Jill is a long time Tampa resident who is active in the community. She is a patient and caregiver advocate at both James A Haley VA and Tampa General Hospitals. Jill serves as a stakeholder advisor on several national research projects and programs that focuses on those who have suffered traumatic brain injuries as well as their caregivers.
AGENTS
A Tampa native and 4th generation Tampeño, Carter Henderson, a graduate of the University of Georgia, excels as Florida ROI Commercial Property Brokerage’s senior associate, focusing on retail and office properties. Recent deals include buyer representation of Bank of America Place, Hillsborough County, a $4 million transaction. His past experience includes working for Jim Davis, Florida’s 11th Congressional District, in Washington DC.
His involvement in the community stretches beyond the real estate market, as he is a co-founder of the Gasparilla Music Festival, and current member of the Tampa Theatre Board of Directors, among other philanthropic efforts. Carter’s in depth knowledge of the Tampa area and his awareness of emerging areas in the Greater Tampa Bay area & Hillsborough market allow him to serve his clients with a passion and knowledge base that cannot be matched.
Deborah, a University of South Florida grad, is a second-generation Tampa native with strong familial roots throughout the Greater Tampa Bay Area. She is widely considered a trailblazer for women in the field of commercial real estate. Her time working in government, including a stint in the State House of Representatives, makes her a go-to person for zoning, land use and governmental affairs. Deborah has a wide variety of real estate experience, as evidenced by some of the dynamic transactions she has closed:

With a long history of community involvement, including several high-profile Governor, Florida Speaker, and U.S. Senate appointments to boards, Deborah is an invaluable asset to clients because of her expertise in land use, regulatory issues, and community affairs. Furthermore, her fluency in Spanish allows her to appeal to a wide clientele, which speaks to her ability to maintain working relationships with domestic, as well as foreign national businesses.
A West Point Graduate, he retired in 2014 as a Colonel in the U.S. Army after a 36-year career serving as a Brigade Commander, Army Special Operations Officer and Helicopter Pilot. Robert continues his second career as a Real Estate Broker Associate working for Florida ROI Commercial Property Brokerage in the Tampa Bay Area. He leverages his military background and extensive team building experiences to provide responsive and succinct client interaction in the office asset class. From 2014 to 2021, he worked for Cornerstone Real Estate Team in Colorado Springs, CO as a property manager and residential sales agent specializing in selling investment and residential property as well as managing over 200 single and multi-family units. Robert passion for golf is 2nd only to his children and grandchildren.
Patrice holds a degree in Civil Engineering from ESTP in Paris, France. Patrice spent several decades working on construction projects for both industrial and commercial development and complex renovations. Patrice used his extensive experience and education when he started ACE an engineering and construction consulting firm that worked within the Governmental legal system giving expert testimonial. Fluent in 4 languages, French, English, Spanish and Italian, he has worked throughout Europe and Africa, coming to the Tampa Bay area in 2018. Patrice’s combination of knowledge and understanding brings a unique and valued perspective to Florida ROI Commercial Real Estate. Patrice has a vast range of interest outside of work, from over ten years as a volunteer fireman, a member a sub-aquatic (underwater) hockey team to cooking, but his true passion is sailing.
