One of the biggest benefits of an independent brokerage is the local knowledge that comes along with the associates there. Local brokers and agents have knowledge and leads that only come from decades of experience.
However, many business owners eventually want to expand out of the local market, which is not always an option with a local brokerage. However, the TCN Network enables local brokerages to have a national or even international reach.
The independence of the brokerage is not compromised, but the clients are given access to a wider market. That sounds like a win-win.
New Associate Training
TCN provides many resources for the brokerages in its network and one component of those resources is digital training. Those trainings serve a few different purposes. First and foremost, those agents that use the training become better agents. Additionally, clients are more comfortable because the agents’ sales ability has improved.

ROI’s roots are in restaurant and retail spaces, but over the course of time, the brokerage has expanded to include associates with knowledge of restaurant, retail, office, industrial, and development markets. However, not every firm can specialize in everything.
