This marks the latest addition to the facility, which opened last February.
The 2,500 SF lease was negotiated ROI’s real estate associate, Deb Tamargo, who also assisted with site selection for the complex and brokered the sale of the property.
The sports lounge will offer visitors and patrons a selection of drinks, cocktails, and classic bar bites in a casual atmosphere.
