eric odum from Florida ROI Commercial Property Brokerage brokered approximately 7,500 square feet of office space in the madison building for ace host, llc, a florida data service provider in june 2020. the deal was able to be consummated despite the covid-19 outbreak that has negatively affected the office market since march of 2020.
ace hosting is a privately owned company, offering cloud services, colocation, dedicated servers, wireless internet connectivity, and enterprise-level backup and storage. the data center market in the us is witnessing significant investment for colocation providers, cloud and hyper-scale service providers, as well as telecommunication service providers. the highly developed telecommunications infrastructure in the downtown tampa central business district is one of the reasons ace hosting decided on the madison building location.
