David began his career in 1991 and quickly rose to leadership positions at two of the Washington, D.C. Metro area’s most respected firms. He served as Assistant Vice President at The Michael Companies in Lanham, Maryland, and later as Vice President at RDP Management in Bethesda, Maryland. During this time, he was directly responsible for the leasing and management of millions of square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties.
His proven track record in site selection, landlord/tenant negotiations, and portfolio strategy makes him a strong advocate for clients navigating complex real estate decisions. Known for his integrity and results-driven approach, David is committed to delivering tailored solutions that align with each client’s long-term goals.
Beyond real estate, David is a lifelong outdoorsman and former professional fishing guide. His experiences on the water instilled qualities of patience, persistence, and precision—traits he continues to apply in serving his clients today.
