Florida ROI was appointed by an Oregon-based investment company to manage a portfolio of single tenant, net lease investments in Hillsborough County. The properties range in size between 1800 square feet and 2000 square feet.
The tenants in the portfolio include Starbucks & T-Mobile. Seattle-based Starbucks is the largest retail chain of coffee shops in the world. T-Mobile is the brand name used by the mobile communications subsidiaries of the German telecom company Deutsche Telekom AG.
