Penny Lawrence will be joining the team as property manager for florida investment real estate (fire), the property management arm for Florida ROI. She will have management responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a number of properties in Pasco, manatee, Pinellas, and Hillsborough counties.
Lawrence brings over 10 years of property management experience to the fire team with a diverse skill set including tenant relations and vendor management. Key areas of oversight will include managing and delegating maintenance staff and contractors, property repairs, and owner relations. Her extensive background and invaluable insight will lend itself well to the fire team as we continue to grow and expand operations throughout the state of Florida.
