Regional beauty product supply mega-store Beauty Depot has opened a new 15,000 sq. ft. facility that will serve as an anchor for a new, 24,000 sq. ft. shopping plaza development in a prime, East Tampa commercial area. The new plaza, located at 3120 E. Hillsborough Ave., 33610, is situated in an ideal retail center on one of Tampa’s major commercial corridors. A supplemental 5,000 sq. ft. multi-use retail facility is also being developed in the plaza (3112 E. Hillsborough Ave., 33610).
Beauty Depot has selected Eric Odum, of Florida ROI Commercial Property Brokerage, to manage the property and find additional tenants. As a favorable alternative to traditional grocery-anchored plazas, the Beauty Depot Plaza will establish a retail center focused on fashion, beauty, and décor. Ideal tenants would complement Beauty Depot’s mission to provide superior fashion and beauty products at affordable prices and might include home furniture, salons, and other fashion retailers.
The plaza is aided by great visibility as well as proximity to I-75 and Tampa attractions and business centers. With a 5-mile radius population density of nearly 300,000 in a commercial intensive zone, the plaza is sure to become a key commerce center in the area.
Availability ranges from 1,250-9,500 sq. ft. of retail space. New pylon signs for the plaza have been added with advertising space available. For additional leasing information, contact Eric Odum at 813-514-1070 or [email protected].
