Boutique Hotel Purchases Two Apartments in Tampa’s Popular SoHo Neighborhood.
Tampa, Fla. – 8/11/2017 – Epicurean Hotel, a boutique hotel owned and operated by Mainsail Lodging & Development, LLC, purchased two apartments in Tampa’s SoHo neighborhood (1232 & 1234 S. Howard Ave., 33606) for $1.6 million.
ROI Commercial Property Sales and Leasing Agent, Carter Henderson, represented the buyer. In this transaction, Henderson brought the opportunity to Mainsail Epicurean Hotel for purchase.
At this point Mainsail Epicurean’s plans for the two, four-unit properties are unclear.
Henderson brought the most qualified buyer to the table and persisted in making sure his client had fair and accurate representation in acquiring the property.
