Downtown Tampa will soon have a new figure in its sky-line. Recently, plans were approved for the erection of a 52-story mixed-use tower overlooking the Hillsborough River.
The new commercial space is a joint-venture between Feldman Equity Group, LLC and Tower Realty Group.
Property situated on a 1.47 acre parcel between Ashley Dr. and Brorein St., directly adjacent to Tampa’s downtown office core, in the 33602 zip code.
Upon completion, Riverwalk Tower will be the highest building in Tampa’s skyline.
