Liberty Property Trust has completed a $74 million transaction to acquire 12 industrial properties in Tampa and Lakeland, totaling about 1.2 million square feet.
Prologis (NYSE: PLD) sold the buildings, which are located at the Sabal Industrial Park in east Tampa and near Tampa International Airport. Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LRY) said it has closed on 19 industrial buildings totaling 3 million square feet for $155 million during the fourth quarter. Continue reading
