Due to agreements with our associations and property owners, we require that all contractors, vendors and service providers and their agents and employees are properly licensed and insured, including workers’ compensation, automobile, and general liability.
Our insurance requirements are at a minimum:
- Proof of General Liability coverage – $1,000,000/$2,000,000 aggregate
- Proof of current Workers’ Compensation – $500,000
Certain jobs may require more insurance or additional legal or financial hurdles.
